Not the right fit? We get it — here's how returns work at ourtrenz.

Return window: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to start a return: Reach out via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps, including whether a physical return is needed or whether we can process a refund directly.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items: Items marked as final sale, or that show signs of use or damage not present at delivery, may not be eligible for return.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out quickly — no questions asked.
